Fall 2016 Scholastic Book Fair
Lay a good foundation of life-long learning by giving your child quality literature.  The Holy Family Annual Book Fair will be October 2nd – October 6th. Family preview night will be held on Friday, September 29th.   All material will be displayed in the cafeteria area.  Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards will be accepted.   Your purchase of books helps each classroom to receive free books.

See you at the book fair!

Harvest Party
The center’s Harvest Party and Dress-Up Parade will be on Thursday, October 27th.  The party will be held at snack time and sign-up sheets will be posted for each room one week prior to the party.

The Dress-Up Parade will take place at 9:30 a.m. in the cafeteria. Please send your child in their costume from home and supply a bag in which to send the costume back to you.   Remember:  costumes that are frightening, violent or promote aggressive behavior are not appropriate. Some suggestions are:  animals, storybook or Bible characters, or robots, pumpkins, insects and community helpers.

Cold Weather is coming

Remember to bring in warmer clothes and take home summer clothing.  Please include hats, gloves, and coats.  We will continue to go outside daily for a few more months.  We are required by state licensing criteria to give your child outdoor exercise time and fresh air each day when the temperature is above 40 degrees and the weather is tolerable.

Reminder – Sign-in and sign-out sheets
Please take a few minutes to fill out the sheets completely.  Print first and last name, sign first and last names and please mark your times coming in and leaving.  These sheets are audited by CCRC, the local R & R, and are considered legal documents.  Please do not allow your children to write on these sheets.  Your cooperation is appreciated.
